Stephanie Aderinokun, decries different exorbitant charges Lagos housing agents place on prospective clients

Media personality, Stephanie Coker Aderinokun, has decried the different exorbitant charges Lagos housing agents place on prospective clients.

 In a post shared on her Instastories, Stephanie recounted how she contacted a housing agent and was asked to pay N20, 000 non-negotiable viewing charge. She also mentioned that some housing agencies demand 20% agency fee. 

She called on the Lagos state government to step in and regulate the excesses of these housing agents.
