Port Harcourt refinery to sell PMS at N1,030 — PETROAN

The Petroleum Products Retail Outlet Owners Association of Nigeria, PETROAN, has announced that the Port Harcourt refinery will sell petrol at N1,030 per liter, confirming that the refinery is operational as stated by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited.
