Lagos Police apprehends suspects counterfeiting engine oil

Some suspects engaged in counterfeiting engine oil have been arrested by the Lagos State Police command.

The spokesperson of the state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, disclosed this via his X account. 

 He explained that the syndicates were caught counterfeiting popular brands of engine oil.

 The police seized gallons of oils with fake labels. Although the names of the arrested suspects are yet to be disclosed, SP Hundeyin assured that they will be prosecuted at the conclusion of investigations.
