 1. Have money

 3. Know the differences between Galadima/Galadimawa. Gwagwa/Gwagwalada. Airport rd/Airport junction. Iddo/Idu. Jabi/Jahi etc.

 4. Don't fall in love 

 5. Take number 4 seriously
