The songstress has certainly had a year to remember and took to social media to thank all her friends, family and followers for the loving messages.
Posting two snaps to her Instagram of her looking extremely happy, Adele wrote:
” What a difference a year makes! If time keeps healing and smoothing out all the creases in my life like it does as the years fly by, then I can’t wait to be 60!
“I’ve never been happier! So many lessons, so many blessings to be grateful for. This is 34, and I love it here!Thank you for the birthday love as always x”
She received almost 500,000 likes on the post, including from Hailey Bieber.
Fans were also quick to send further birthday messages in the comments section of the post, including fellow singer John Legend.
One user also wrote: “The best of the best,” alongside a butterfly emoji, while another penned: “OH MY GOD, HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEAUTIFUL, I LOVE YOU.”
A third said: “Let’s just praise how beautiful Adele is.”
