21-storey building collapses in Ikoyi Lagos, many people trapped

A building under construction has collapsed into a heap along Mosley Road in Ikoyi. 

 The incident happened this afternoon, November 1, and a crowd has gathered at the scene.

Reports says scores are trapped in the rubble. 

 As of the time of filing this report, no one has been rescued.
