Real reason Naira Marley is still in custody – Management

Naira Marley’s management has taken to his official Instagram page to reveal the real reason why the singer is still in custody.



This is coming after unconfirmed reports said that he is yet to be released because no Lagos state Level 10 and above civil service officer with landed properties has agreed to stand as surety for him, due to his alleged criminal records.

According to the post on his Instagram, they are waiting for the EFCC to confirm sureties address and also for the court to sign.

Recall that the EFCC announced that evidence against him is overwhelming.

He was arrested for alleged internet fraud, alongside Zlatan Ibile, Rahman Jago and five others who have all been granted bail.
