The co culprit Victor Inalegwu Ugbokolo is a final year student of Animal Production at the Federal University of Agriculture in Makurdi....
The School can sack the lecturer and his son can be expelled but they are not doing that because the man is highly connected and his wife is supposedly related to a top politician.
