Woman files $5m lawsuit against Russell Simmons over alleged sexual assault

In light of the countless sexual assault allegations against him,a woman by the name of Jennifer Jarosik is suing Russell Simmons for $5 million after claims he invited her to his house back in 2016 and propositioned her for sex that she did not consent to.



According to The Blast, Jennifer alleges Simmons left her in “shock and fear” after he allegedly sexually assaulted her. Jenifer says she met Russell back in 2006 and they became friends sharing a love for yoga and vegan food. Jennifer is suing for punitive damages as well as unspecified actual damages.
