INEC starts distribution of election materials in Rivers State(Photos)

Ahead of tomorrow's parliamentary seats rerun elections in Rivers State, INEC has started moving election materials out to various locations. Already parties have been telling their supporters to hit back to whoever hits them. We can only pray for peace.
