BREAKING: CCT Rejects Saraki’s Application For Adjournment

The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has threw out Senate President Bukola Saraki’s application for adjournment following the absence of his lead counsel, Kanu Agbabi (SAN).



A Lawyer in Saraki’s defence team, Paul (SAN) replaced Agbabi. While the Prosecutor (Federal Government’s) counsel, Rotimi Jacob said he was ready for the trial as witnesses were present, Saraki’s counsel asked the CCT to further adjourn Saraki’s trial.
