We’ve stopped importing refined petroleum; we’ll buy from Dangote Refinery — NNPC

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited has stopped importing refined petroleum products.

This was disclosed by the group chief executive officer (GCEO) of NNPC, Mele Kyari, at an event in Lagos State.

He explained that NNPC now sources its fuel supply exclusively from domestic refineries, including the Dangote Petroleum Refinery.

According to him, “Today, NNPC does not import any product; we are taking only from domestic refineries.”
