Popular Nigerian medical doctor, Chinonso Egemba has taken to 'X' formerly Twitter to advise people to check their blood pressure regularly.

According to him, knowing one's blood pressure is the first step to saving their life because people are constantly being brought to the hospital dead on arrival.

“Please check your blood pressure. Please. Young people are being brought to the hospital dead on arrival. Knowing your blood pressure is the first step to saving your life,”Aproko doctor said in a post on Friday, November 17.
