Man stabs wife to death in Benue

A man has reportedly stabbed his wife to death in the Korinya community of Konshisha Local Government Area in Benue State. 

 Confirming the incident, Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Catherine Anene said the man had a disagreement with his wife and it degenerated to him stabbing her.

 This led to her death. Daily Trust reported that a local identified the deceased woman as Mngusunun and the husband as Bem Matthew Korinya.

 The local said that the incident caused a stir in the rural community.
