Boy spotted swinging with electric cable connected to a power line in Takurza, Kano state (video)

A video of a little boy playing with a makeshift swing of electric cable connected to a power line in Takurza, Kano state, has gone viral online. 

 The video was trailed by mixed reactions as many revealed that the Kano community has not had power for a long time. 

 Others expressed safety concerns over the makeshift swing.
