The gunmen who were killed at Umunze, Orumba South local government area, had different charms on their bodies, including legs, necks, waists and hands.
It is speculated that the gunmen are part of the group killing innocent citizens around Orumba area.
A senior police officer who confirmed the incident, told The Nation that a combined team of the police and military men carried out the operation around 4:30pm.
