Nigeria Records 1051 New Cases Of COVID 19 Infections

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 1051 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 220,020.

 The NCDC disclosed this on its official Twitter handle on Thursday. “On the 16th of December 2021, 1051 new confirmed cases was recorded in Nigeria. 

 “Till date, 221,071 cases have been confirmed, 211,345 cases have been discharged and 2,983 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory .the NCDC said.
