Nigeria Records 70 New Cases Of COVID 19 Infections

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 70 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 164,303.

 The NCDC disclosed this on its official Twitter handle on Monday. “On the 19th of April 2021, 70 new confirmed cases was recorded in Nigeria. 

 “Till date, 164,303 cases have been confirmed, 154,384 cases have been discharged and 2,061 deaths have been recorded in 5 states .

 “The 89 new cases are reported from 5 states- Lagos (27), Kaduna(16), Ondo(16), Kaduna(16), Yobe(6) and Bauchi(5),” the NCDC said.
