Nigeria Records 62 New Cases Of COVID 19 infections

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 62 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 165,055.

 The NCDC disclosed this on its official Twitter handle onThursday. “On the 28th of April 2021, 62 new confirmed cases was recorded in Nigeria. 

 “Till date, 165,055 cases have been confirmed, 155,041 cases have been discharged and 2,063 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory .

 “The 62 new cases are reported from 10 states- Lagos (38), Kaduna(6), Ondo(6), FCT(2), Ogun(3), Akwa-ibom(2), Kano(1), Edo(1), Oyo(1) and Rivers(2),” the NCDC said.
