Nigeria Records 156 New Cases Of COVID 19 Infections

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 156 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 164,912.

 The NCDC disclosed this on its official Twitter handle on Tuesday. “On the 27th of April 2021, 156 new confirmed cases was recorded in Nigeria. 

 “Till date, 164,912 cases have been confirmed, 155,012 cases have been discharged and 2,063 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory .

 “The 156 new cases are reported from 11 states- Lagos (50), Enugu(43), Adamawa(40), FCT(8), Ogun(5), Plateau(3), Akwaibom(3), Kaduna(1), Jigawa(1), Oyo(1) and Rivers(1),” the NCDC said.
