Supreme Court dismisses Ihedioha’s application to review Imo governorship judgment

The Supreme Court has dismissed the request by Emeka Ihedioha, former governor of Imo state, to review the Apex Court’s ruling in January that voided his victory in the 2019 election.



By this decision, the Court has reaffirmed its ruling that Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Congress was the winner of the gubernatorial election in Imo State.
