Assistant Coach of Super Sand Eagles, Agbo, is dead

The Assistant Coach of the Beach Soccer national team, the Super Sand Eagles, Chukwuma Agbo is dead. Report say he died after a brief illness.



He died on Wednesday barely 10 days after the demise of Taiwo Ogunjobi, who died February 11.

His death was confirmed by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) via a tweet expressing how sad it is:

“Yet another painful loss! We are sad to hear of the passing of Assistant Coach of our Beach Soccer National team, the Super Sand Eagles, Chukwuma Agbo.

‘Our prayers are with his family at this time. May his soul rest in peace,” the NFF said.
