Twitter users expose scammer who shared photo of sick child

Twitters users have exposed a scammer who attempted to defraud well meaning Nigerians with photo of a sick child, shared alongside a fake doctor’s report.



The scammer who sought for financial support with the photos, claimed that his sick baby was admitted at an undisclosed hospital and he needs money to sort out her medical bill. While some Twitter users were sympathetic at first and asked for his account details, he got busted after it was discovered that he used a photo of a dead child.

A quick check on his Twitter page revealed that the account was created last week, and doctors on the social media platform also noticed that he shared a fake doctor’s report and the words scribbled on it made no sense.
