Kylie Jenner may own a soon to be billion-dollar makeup brand, however,she was celebrating the success of another cosmetics group on Thursday as she attended the Anastasia Beverly Hills party.



The 21-year-old mogul donned a little black dress that accentuated her curves as she attended the event at Delilah’s in West Hollywood.
