DMX back in Jail after failing Drug Tests

Veteran rapper DMX is cooling off in jail once again after failing a new set of drug tests, according to a report by TMZ. This was a clear violation of his probation is his tax evasion case.



DMX tested positive for opiates, cocaine and oxycodone, which made the judge to rule him as a flight risk.

His attorney, Murray Richman promised to get him into a rehab program as he told TMZ;

I’m saddened and disappointed. We’ll have to deal with it accordingly.
