4. Water:
“Dehydration can contribute causing a number of risk factors which are necessary for the occurrence of heart disease, when the body is dehydrated and lacks liquid, the blood are thicker and the heart consumes more energy to pump blood through the body, chronic dehydration can result in hypertension (high blood pressure), which can be improved with the consumption of water”.
