Controversial Journalist, Kemi Olunloyo Re-Arrested

Controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, has being re-arrested yesterday even after being granted bail of N200, 000, alongside a Port Harcourt based publisher, Samuel Walson.



Pastor David Ibiyeomie will be in court as a witness over the fresh charges of defamation and false publication made against him by the 52 years old journalist.

The Port Harcourt based pastor will appear him court as a witness, to explain how the publication has affected him.

According to Daily Post, Kemi pleaded not guilty to the fresh charges when arraigned before Justice H.O Oshomah, who instructed the police to ensure diligent prosecution of the matter, stressing that he does not intend to have the accused person remanded for long.
