Didas Byaruhanga, 25 was born without arms, He studied Adult and Community Development at the University of Kyambogo,Uganda and was awarded a diploma certificate at the school’s graduation ceremony on Wednesday January 27.
The indigene of Kasese says he hopes to pursue a Law Degree.
